  Or we could just use CDATA sections.  No objections from me if you
want to make either of these changes.  Just keep in mind that we need
to continue to differentiate between the keys and the fingerprints,
for the benefit of PostScript/PDF versions of the Handbook, where
using the full keys would waste over 60 pages of paper.
