There have been one or two instances of that, but they've all been quickly corrected, and in fact it sounds like Jordan's was one of those. It sounded like he was talking about further, continuing problems beyond this. Yes, people need to be more careful when enabling WARNS and not do it until they've positively tested it on alpha.
