 As it seems that you need a report for this...
 I am installing a current snapshot with serial console.
 
 As described, I mouted the install floppy (kern.flp) and placed the
 file boot.config containing "/boot/loader -h".
 I am now seeing the sysinstall on the serial console.
 
 Do we need anything else to close this PR?
