According to 
http://www.notebookcheck.net/ATI-Mobility-Radeon-X1450.2548.0.html it is 
256 MB, which conforms to what I remember.

The "official" page at 
http://ati.amd.com/products/mobilityradeonx1450/specs.html doesn't 
mention any RAM size.
