Well, it is kind of silly that I intentionally started a make world
yesterday after committing, but didn't check whether it had finished
this morning. Already two problems could have been avoided that way
(Marcel, Guy Helmer).

I apologised for the fact that I hadn't been patient enough to avoid
trivial problems.
