Don't know, if this is a bug or a feature of my machine ;-)... Yesterday evening I mounted a dos floppy to the dir. /disk. Then I made a cp * /local/xxx The floppy contained 2 large files (~500K each). During file transfer (I assume in the middle of the session) the machine reboots without a message ... I was working under X. XFree86 3.1.2. The machine ran fine 2 days long without trouble. After that I booted dos. I copied the files to C:\xxx bootet FreeBSD. The copy session from the mounted C: partition caused no problem. Other experiences ?
