Using cmdline.txt instead of config.txt did not change anything.

I have a stable IPv4 address via static configuration but the MAC
address still changes at every reboot.

Which means I cannot meaningfully use SLAAC ... gnaaa ...

Thanks for your hints, unfortunately they did not work out so far.
