Ideally they would: 1) Able to code well in C on FreeBSD. 2) Be able to manage CVS and maintain vendor branches and patches. 3) Customize FreeBSD ports/packages 4) Compile OpenOffice.org 5) Have a Mac. These jobs will probably pay around $250 USD each and some will be more work than others. There aren't that many of them, so don't expect to feed your family from what you would earn here.
