I have FreeBSd 3.1 and i want to use ALTq traffic = shaper which=20 requires at least FreeBSD 3.2. IS there a chance to upgrade only the = kernel? I=20 don't have any means to download 650Mb from Internet as in Romania = internet=20 links are slow and saturated
