Reporting now, in consideration of the (somewhat) related "py-imaging vs. py-pillow" problem. # pkg install ghmm > pkg: ghmm-0.7.0b_1 conflicts with graphviz-2.38.0_2 (installs files into the same place). Problematic file: /usr/local/bin/cluster Related ports reset to default and following full poudriere run.
