The IA64 web page has been imported to www/en/platforms/ia64.sgml
and the references to it have been updated. I also put a pointer to
this file at the old location in ~murray/ia64.html. How do we go
about transitioning the alpha directory over? Do we need to do a repo
copy to preserve the 8 commit messages or can we simply remove it and
then re import it as www/en/platforms/alpha.sgml? I assume we will
want a page pointing to the new location for at least several months.

   Murray
