The port in shar format (v2.3.6)

The poudriere testport (attachment 161439) didn't show such error, the same for
"make check-plist" and "portlint -C" commands. But just in case, I changed ' to
" for new version of shar archive. Otherwise, you need to try to update the
ports, e.g. with "portsnap fetch update" command.
