booting from CD or that the FreeBSD kernel can't find the CD drive?

kern.flp and mfsroot.flp are for 3.x only. For 2.2.8 the file is:
<CD-ROM 1>\floppies\boot.flp
but you can make the floppy by running makeflp.bat in the root
directory of CD 1.
