Take. Sometime after this post, I removed the requirement for /boot and / t=
o be
on the same device. The following should happen as a result of this post:

1.) Perhaps finally document `bectl -r` in bectl(8), because that's a good
solution for posts like this that want to operate on a boot environment for=
 a
system that wasn't booted into an existing ZFS BE

2.) Remove the stale /boot and / reference fom libbe(3)
