I've tried a S3 Trio64V+, a Matrox Mystique 1064SG and a Cirrus Logic "Laguna" board, all to no avail. The Matrox and S3 cards change to a video mode, display some strange graphics and then lock the machine solid. After searching, I find messages about "noint10," but I have not seen any changes adding that option to the video card "Device" section in my /etc/X11/XF86Config. If people send me the hardware platform, video card make/model, the version of FreeBSD, the version of X and any special notes/changes that had to be made to XF86Config or any other relevant info about working cards I would be happy to maintain a webpage of the aforementioned data. Thanks, Josh To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-alpha" in the body of the message
