I use Inflex personally - it works well, and can use McAfee's vscan
(also in the ports) for virus scanning. AFAIK one of the ports that
Inflex depends on for MIME requires X. You can get away with just
installing the XFree86 libraries port/package, you don't need to install
X completely.
