I ended up with the Asus P2B mobo, Adaptec 2940UW scsi controller, and IBM 4.5 uw scsi drives. As it was a server I skimped on video. I'm sure there are many vendors who are good, but I tried a few and ended up being pretty happy with Amp Tech. Their site seems to be down now, but it's www.amptech.com (800)619-0508. They put it together and burned it in for $25.00. I can't really vouch for them, but I had good luck with them. Someone else mentioned a FreeBSD friendly vendor a while back- you may be able to find it in the mail archives.
