| were configured to use EPP. However I did experience problems with machines 
| which were configured to use ECP only. This does appear to work properly now

This was what i was hoping for.  I didn't touch EPP.  THe problem was ECP
only ran in the horribly inefficient NIBBLE mode.

| (EPP1..7) without problems. I don't ever recall trying 4.1 or 4.2 with 
| the BIOS set to ECP but I had problems with that on 3-stable machines.

That's what i hope we fixed.
