Hello, I recently bought a new computer with a ASUS P2B-S mainboard. I have one new and some old devices attached to it. The Quantum HDs are attached to the wide connector, the rest is attached to the the 50-pin narrow connector. I'm not shure with the Quantum Model: XP32150W . I think it should support 40 MB/s. I can't write 120m tapes on the HP C1533A, but I had this Problem also with the old ASUS SC200 (NCR 53c810) controller, so I think it is not related to the AIC 7890. The setting of "AIC7XXX_RESET_DELAY: 10" was selected after I had a problem while writing 90m tapes on the HP C1533A. The problem disappeared, but I'm not shure whether due to this setting.
