Well, the commit to HEAD was accidentally delayed. I actually committed
to RELENG_6 and RELENG_6_0, but for whatever reason I either forgot to
commit to HEAD or my commit failed and I didn't notice.

Juggling when a release is 'official' is a bit difficult due to the open
and visible nature of the CVS tree. When I tagged it the other night, I
had expected it to be announced within 24 hours after that.
Unfortunately, build problems delayed that, so it go pushed out a little
bit. It will happen today, though. Do keep in mind, however, that when
people look at the CVS logs in the distant future, they will see Nov 1
as the date that everything flipped from 6.0-RC to 6.0-RELEASE, so it'll
be natural to assume that the release actually happened on Nov 1 =-).
In other words, the release of the media is slightly asynchronous to the
finalizing of the bits that make up a 'release'. You could have CVSup'd
right after I tagged on Nov 1 and built/upgraded to 'FreeBSD
6.0-RELEASE'. The date in bsd-family-tree reflects when the release was
finalized.
