Is it, for example, a dBm value that can be compared to the signal value to get a signal-to-noise ratio? The ancontrol tool prints the noise value as a percentage, which is just the value it gets from the an_avg_noise_prev_min field of the status struct (average noise over the last minute?). A second question: is anyone working on making this sort ofinformation uniform across different cards, like the other 802.11 stuff? thanks, d -- Douglas S. J.
