The following reply was made to PR ports/108795; it has been noted by GNATS. From: Stefan Walter <stefan@freebsd.org> To: Simon Robbins <simonr@codian.com> Cc: Alexander Leidinger <netchild@freebsd.org>, GNATS <FreeBSD-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org> Subject: Re: ports/108795: ports/icc: Proposed update to icc port for intel compiler 9.1 Date: Mon, 13 Oct 2008 19:05:53 +0200 Hi Simon, hi Alexander, unfortunately, this PR with a patch for updating lang/icc ([1]) has been around for quite a while without being processed, probably due to lack of resources. (Not many people use icc, it seems.) I'm trying to find out what the state of this is: Simon: Is the patch you provided still up to date, i.e. applicable to the current ports tree? Can you provide a complete patch including the pkg-plist changes for download on a web server, maybe? Alexander: Could you review the complete patch once it's there and comment on it so I know if this can be committed? Best regards and thanks to both of you, Stefan [1]: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/108795
