It is a separate commercial product for FreeBSD. Jordan announced it with the 2.2 release. It's still beta, but it works well with my SB16. It is a loadable device driver, rather than being built into the kernel. It does nice work. Check them out, it might be what you need. I have no affiliation with them. I just bought it last week.
