I already checked that.  I even did "chmod -R a+r
/usr/local/Acrobat3".  It doesn't help.

I have enough disk space also.

The port installed acroread binary as:

-rwxr-xr-x  1 operator  kmem  2511477 Nov  6 14:54 acroread*

in /usr/local/Acrobat3/Reader/intellinux/bin/.

If I make it suid all is well.

Any thoughts?
