I upgraded my OS from 2.1.0 to 2.1.6, my friend (dbaker@neosoft.com)
told me I need to upgrade the kernel software and recompile a kernel. I
asked him where to get the kernel software and read in the books and
documentation and so far I haven't been able to get the stuff. It says
follow the directions for adding a package, but there is no kernel
package and nowhere in that area does it say where to go... If I FTP
into a mirror site, what directories to I go into, what files to I
download, and where do I put them? Any help will be greatly
appreciated... :)
