The reason I am asking is that I have some good notes on what I usually do to the FreeBSD box to even make it more secure Out-Of-Box. This include nosuid mounts, kern.securelevel + other sysctl changes, edits to rc.* & *.conf, lascomm accounting and etc etc etc. I'd like to put together an FAQ or a HOWTO regarding this and keep maintaining it on the regular basis. I'd also like to compare my notes with others who do more then just "vi /etc/inetd.conf /etc/rc.conf" to secure their system OOB. -- Yan Jan Koum jkb@best.com | "Turn up the lights; I don't want www.FreeBSD.org -- The Power to Serve | to go home in the dark."
