The ports tree has just been tagged for 4.9-RELEASE. It has now gone
into a semi-frozen state. You may resume commits, but please do not do
any sweeping updates/changes until after 4.9-RELEASE goes out the door.=20
The reason for this is that we made need to slip the tag on certain
ports to accommodate last-minute build failures. Thank you for your
patience and fixing efforts on this release.
