I have NEC 8x SCSI-2 CD-ROM connected to ADAPTEC U/W 2940 adapter. I can mount and read from a data CD w/o a problem. However, for AUDIO CDs, I have a problem. I tried both WorkMan and Xcdplayer, and I cannot play the audio CD. Here are the messages I copied from /var/log/messages.
