My only box using lpt(4) is running 7.1-PRERELEASE, this patch should 
backport, yes?

It is a right pain in the arse when something happens with my venerable 
GCC Elite 600, e.g. a paper jam, and the entire box grinds to a halt 
because lpt_intr() was called with Giant held.
