Given you already have the bits that download the script tarball etc.,
take a look at ports-mgmt/portmaster -- this installs a script, a manual
page and optionally some other items.  Plus it's by Doug Barton, so you
can be pretty certain the port is written to a very high standard.

The biggest difference you'll see is that your script sources will be
unpacked into ${WRKSRC} rather than installed from ${FILESDIR}
