1. Figure out what you're going to offer and how much to charge.
2. Figure out a place to work out of.
3. Buy equipment as necessary.
4. Buy a big pipe from your local telco that goes to your network access
provider of choice.
5. Install FreeBSD on your server(s).
6. Turn everything on and be happy :)
