The first two behaviors occur when typing on the keyboard a= t a rate over ~1 key every half second, and significant usage (like typing out a document at higher speeds) leads to keyboard and/or mouse-pad malfunction.= =20 While investigating this issue, I found a number of peculiar dmesg-logged firmware errors related to the embedded controller.=20 Firmware Error (ACPI): Could not resolve symbol [\134_SB.PCI0.LPC0.EC0], AE_NOT_FOUND (20250807/dswload2-315) Additionally, 11 AMD drivers are listed as none@pci, including the FCH LPC Bridge, audio controllers, sensor fusion hardware, non-VGA display drivers,= and others. Other attempts at investigation=20 Drivers with errors: 9x14e9/vendor=3D0x1022, 0x0000/vendor=3D0x0000 (there = are 3 such driver issues), 0x790e/vendor=3D0x1022, 0x15c7/vendor=3D0x1022, 0x15e2/vendor=3D0x1022, 0x164a/vendor=3D0x1022, 0x14ec/vendor=3D0x1022, 0x1= 502/vendor =3D 0x1022 Of other note is that interrupt rates of things like acpi0, atkbd0 and ig4i= ic0 are extremely low. It is my suspicion that the DELL device is having issues mapping hardware to the system either due to some BIOS issue (though I have updated my BIOS to latest), or missing hexcodes in the FreeBSD drivers.=20 All logs I have gathered regarding this issue, including ACPI, dmesg, pcico= nf and vmstat logs, are included in this bug report.=20 Thank you -Anthony Katernoza --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
