Mohit,

You might check out the book "Numerical Recipies in C" (or its Fortran
analogue).  This has a section on linear programming under the chapter
on minimization and maximization of functions.  There is some licensing
strangeness around the source code published in the book, although if
you are only using it for academic or personal purposess then there are
few restrictions.  Supposedly you can download the whole book for free
from their web site at:
