Since I was silly enough to put my hand up for this, and Garrett was kind(?) enough to say "Fine! You're It!" it is now time for me to ask for feedback. I've gone through usr.bin and usr.sbin looking for gettimeofday() and documented the purpose of the call. Please look at the results at <http://www.freebsd.org/~danny/>. I'm basically looking for comments on the right direction to take, and also for volunteers to help with the rest of the src tree, and the other important function calls, like time(), strftime(), ctime() and friends.
