Hello. This PR to supersede the old, previous PR @
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=159306

Please try this new rc.d script. It fixes and improves a lot of things:

* Reliablility in regards to PIDFILE (no longer uses PIDFILE at all).
* Multiple devices / multiple instances can be set.
* Extra additional instances may also be set without specifying devices, "e.g.
-L" invocation, etc.
* Better error checking / warning.
* Both global and instance-specific flags can be overridden for maximum ease of
use + flexibility.
* rc.d start / stop / restart / status sub commands all work correctly now, and
give the expect correct / official looking messages.
