It fetches -CURRENT.

The target "src-all" fetches a FreeBSD distribution. The "tag=" option
can be used to select a particular version; "tag=." fetches HEAD (i.e.
-CURRENT).

The target "ports-all" fetches the ports collection. The only
meaningful "tag=" value is "tag=." (that is, HEAD), because the ports
collection doesn't use tags.
