If not, do you remember setting the root password when you went through the installation? If neither of these ring a bell, just for the hell of it, try to login with the username root, without a password... if that works, you need to take some other steps in the configuration of your machine. --- Andy P.S. - It's bad form to write in all caps, makes it look like you're yelling.
