I found that Public Domain Software ( http://www.pdsl.com/ )
are a fairly reliable re-distributor in the UK. They accept CC 
orders, and postage from them costs quite a bit less than from WC/BSDi in 
the USA. They got their shipment of 4.2 CDs from WC/BSDi about 6 weeks 
after it was released in the USA.
