I've tried Xorg 1.9.3 but to not avail (againg sigbus). I've reverted Xorg to 1.7.7 and I can use my desktop more than 10 minutes... If I disable desktop effect, Xorg 1.9.4 runs happily with no crash. I've recompiled xorg-server, libX11, libGL etc with debug flags but I can't get a useful backtrace. I've just seen [1], I'll try to get more info later today and will post my findings. [1] http://www.x.org/wiki/Development/Documentation/ServerDebugging
