I have a Conner CTM3200 tape system and seem to do backups just fine. However. every once in a while I get this message when doing a backup to a tape that I've previously erased (mt -f /dev/rsa0 erase) Any direction on where I should start to read up on what the heck this error may be?? I can't tell if this is a hardware thing or a bad tape thing.
