Port maintainer (apache@FreeBSD.org) is cc'd.

How-To-Repeat:
* use WITH_OPENSSL_PORT=3Dyes
 * build mod_auth_cas (tested with apache22)
 * Try to activate it and see: mod_auth_cas.so: undefined symbol:
CRYPTO_THREADID_get_id_callback

Fix:
