I am pleased to inform you that one of the Polish monthly magazines just started (with current issue) The FreeBSD Corner. This relatively small (2 pages) section will discuss technical issues regarding daily use of the system, its installation and configuration, tech tips etc.. The magazine's name is "NetForum", and as the name suggests, it is devoted to issues of widely understood network techniques and applications. There are also a few other "corners" of SCO, NT, others (don't remember exactly, but not Linux - it has its own separate newspaper). I think this will help greatly to create wider user-base in Poland: people want to have a cheap and reliable alternative to commercial systems, and until now they knew primarily Linux. If you'd like to have an image of the cover, let me know - I'll have to contact the publisher, but I think I can get it (I'm the person in charge of the "corner").
