Synopsis: COMPAT22=YES isn't default in make.conf, preventing Netscape port install. State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: cpiazza State-Changed-When: Sat Jul 31 23:08:57 PDT 1999 State-Changed-Why: As doug stated, the error message tells you how to fix it. Automatically installing compat22 for every make world or install just so netscape can function is not the proper thing to do.
