Synopsis: COMPAT22=YES isn't default in make.conf, preventing Netscape port install.

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed

State-Changed-When: Sat Jul 31 23:08:57 PDT 1999
State-Changed-Why:
As doug stated, the error message tells you how to fix it. Automatically
installing compat22 for every make world or install just so netscape can
function is not the proper thing to do.
