You get another disk. They're fairly cheap now, so it shouldn't be too
bad. (My 5.1GB Quantum cost about 120 GBP, which isn't bad.)

Try `df -i' to show how many inodes are free. Zero, I suspect :-(

That's not for us to tell you. Delete anything that isn't used. It's
probably not worth the effort in the long run - just buy another disk.
