There is a type called application specific data that could be used for transmitting the current URL but remember that there are people using other types of tools for MBone-audio conferencing than vat and rat. If you e.g. put the URL data i a stream of its own then you could distribute the URLs regardless of the type of tool the other members are running. I would also like to take the opportunity to mention my mWeb system that multicasts out the actual web pages as well as the URLs. I published a paper about it in 97 at the WWW-conf. (This mWeb program is now part of the product Marratech Player and Marratech Pro from Marratech AB (www.marratech.com)).
