What __FreeBSD_version value you have in /usr/include/osreldate.h ? If there is 502104, you have it in libc, if lesser number, it will be in libegacy. If you are broken in the middle having new includes installed but libc is not updated, just change __FreeBSD_version to 502103 in /usr/include/osreldate.h before starting 'make world'.
