4.0-stable cvsup'ed on June 3 ignored file /etc/rc.conf
until I added to the file /etc/defaults/rc.conf
the following line:

. /etc/rc.conf

It seems that problem comes from the last section of the
file /etc/defaults/rc.conf dealing with source_rc_confs ()
function.
