Provided TSO is stable, MFC'ing it would be fine. However, as much as
I'd like RELENG_6 to have the same VLAN interface as HEAD (cxgb
doesn't support VLANs on RELENG_6 in part for that reason), doing so
would break ABI compatibility which I believe to be a non-starter.
