Sure it is. There was discussion about this some time ago at python@, 
but I forgot with what it was finished, just seeing that the common 
solution to this issue - is to include this file. It's low priority for 
me atm, and I'll return to this issue after finishing setuptools -> 
distribute work. But meanwhile it would be great if somebody (may be 
you) will step up with a patch, so portmgr@ will do an exp-runs with it.
